Jeff Garrett, Maintenance Technician II for Regency Multifamily’s Evansville Region, was recently awarded the 2019 Maintenance Above & Beyond Award presented by the Indiana Apartment Association (IAA). Jeff has been with Regency for almost seven years.

Each year, IAA awards one maintenance professional with the Maintenance Above & Beyond Award. The award is provided to an individual who goes the extra mile by volunteering within the community, helping with various activities or completing tasks outside of their regular job description. The maintenance awards presented annually by IAA recognize excellence and leadership among maintenance professionals in the multifamily industry.

“Jeff has gone way above and beyond to help out not only our Evansville Region but Regency as a whole,” said Kenny LaMell, Maintenance Superintendent for Regency Multifamily. “This award was well deserved, and we are very proud of all that he has accomplished.”
