For the eighth straight year, Regency Apartments won “Best in the Industry” recognition for customer service excellence in its apartment communities in Illinois and Indiana.
The customer service excellence award is based on results from Regency-owned apartment communities on CEL & Associates’ multifamily resident satisfaction surveys conducted in 2014. CEL & Associates compiles its “Best in the Industry” list of companies whose scores indicate the “ability to perform at a higher standard in providing quality customer service” compared to their peer groups across the country.
“Our team works very hard to achieve the high quality of service our residents have come to expect” said Regency Apartments President and CEO Bob Pratten. He added “Winning this award for what is now the 8th year in a row really is a statement to our staff’s dedication to excellence”.
Regency Apartments has participated in the resident satisfaction survey for eleven years. Teams at each apartment community review survey feedback and develop plans to address residents’ concerns or implement new ideas. Pratten says these surveys aren’t just about maintaining the status quo. “We use these surveys to evaluate what we can do better every year, and put plans into action to ensure we are doing everything we can to make comfortable and happy apartment homes for our residents” Pratten concluded.
