Regency Multifamily Announces New Roles for Four Bloomington Employees

Regency Multifamily is excited to announce new roles for four individuals as a testament to their hard work and contributions to the company.

Amanda Ross has been promoted to Director of Operations. She oversees the overall operations of Adams Village, Fountain Park, Meadow Park, and Steeplechase Apartments in Bloomington, IN; Flats at 146 in Noblesville, IN; and Hunters Ridge Apartments in East Lansing, MI.

Kyle Lepore has moved to Director of Project Management and Maintenance. Kyle manages the development projects for the entire Regency portfolio in addition to overseeing the company’s maintenance teams.

Tabitha Whitcomb has transitioned to Community Manager at Steeplechase Apartments, and Taylor Willekens was promoted to Community Manager at Meadow Park Apartments. They are responsible for overseeing the daily activities of their properties, including leasing, resident relations, and office management.
