Regency Multifamily is pleased to announce the appointment of Brittney Warters as President & Chief Executive Officer, effective June 27, 2026.
Warters succeeds Teresa Kelnhofer, who officially retired on June 26 after nearly 23 years of leadership. During her tenure, Kelnhofer guided Regency Multifamily through a period of sustained growth, strengthening its reputation as a leader in the multifamily industry while fostering a culture rooted in exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and a commitment to its people. Kelnhofer will continue to serve on the Board of Managers.
“As I retire, I do so with complete confidence in Brittney’s leadership. Over the past 18 years, I have watched her grow into an exceptional leader who embodies our values and has the vision to lead Regency into its next chapter. I couldn’t be more excited to see what the future holds for Regency under her leadership,” said Teresa Kelnhofer.
A Regency leader for nearly 18 years, Warters most recently served as President of Regency Management Service, LLC and Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Regency Consolidated Residential, LLC. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in the company’s growth, leadership development, and long-term strategic direction, making her the natural choice to lead the company into its next chapter.
“Teresa’s retirement is bittersweet,” said Warters. “Her leadership has made a lasting impact on Regency, and I am grateful for everything she has contributed. It is an honor to be named her successor, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation she created as we continue serving our residents, supporting our teams, and pursuing growth for years to come.” Regency Multifamily extends its deepest appreciation to Teresa Kelnhofer for her remarkable leadership, vision, and unwavering dedication to the organization and wishes her all the best in retirement.
