Regency Names New Vice President of Project Management & Maintenance

Regency is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Lepore to Vice President of Project Management & Maintenance of Regency Consolidated Residential, LLC.

Kyle joined Regency in 2005 as a part-time Leasing Consultant and has spent more than two decades growing with the company. Throughout his tenure, he has held leadership positions in community management, operations, and project management, developing extensive experience across Regency’s portfolio.

Most recently serving as Director of Project Management and Maintenance, Kyle has played an integral role in overseeing maintenance operations, property improvements, renovations, development, and capital projects. In his new position as Vice President, he will continue to provide strategic leadership for these initiatives, supporting Regency’s maintenance teams and ensuring the long-term quality and performance of its communities.
