Regency Multifamily Names New President of Regency Management Service, LLC

Regency Multifamily is excited to announce the promotion of Brittney Warters to President of Regency Management Service, LLC. Brittney began her career at Regency in 2008, working on-site in Evansville, Indiana. She swiftly advanced through the ranks, serving as Regional Property Manager and, most recently, as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Regency Consolidated Residential, LLC.

Brittney has played a vital role in Regency’s record-breaking success over the last 7 years. Her leadership and guidance have enabled Regency to make significant strides in portfolio growth and financial performance. As President of Regency Management Service, LLC, Warters will oversee all aspects of on-site operations while also leading initiatives in human resources, training, marketing, maintenance, and information technology, and serving as a key player in acquisitions and development.
